I am an English I teacher at RCHS, and serve as the department chair. I have been blessed, for I have taught 11 years, with the last 10 spent at the high school. I absolutely love my job -- it's the place God wants me to be.
I love, love, love to read! If I have a chance, there's not much I like better than to snuggle up in my living room and read something fabulous. If I'm not reading something, I feel a little lost. :) Ask me what I'm reading anytime, and I'll be glad to share!
I have a family: Trent, my husband of 11 years, and two kids, Cassidy, 8, and Carter, 3. My kids are busy with dance, swim, sports, etc, and we love to go Lake Cumberland Dragway, where my husband races. We are active members of Jamestown Christian Church, and we welcome any visitors! Between school, extracurricular activities, and church, we're pretty busy!
